By default, DealMaker routes all investors on a Canadian deal to complete a Canadian exemption. If available, they will also complete an exemption applicable to their own jurisdiction. International investors can be toggled to only complete the International certificate, or complete the Canadian Accredited Investor certificate in addition.
On US deals, Americans must always complete US-specific forms, but Canadians and Internationals can be toggled between completing only forms relevant to their own jurisdictions, or all forms including US forms.
