During your Reg A+ deal you may have access to funds either by a subscription-by-subscription basis or as one whole closing on the date of your choosing. Digital payments are automatically paid out for accepted investors who are not overfunded on a daily basis. At times there may be a slight delay in the payout due to payment processing times, though as soon as they are processed, they will be queued for that evening’s payout batch.
The cadence you wish to follow for countersigning investor subscription agreements is entirely up to you. Speaking with your counsel on a preferred method is recommended so that all parties are aligned on the flow of funds associated with your deal.
