Unless there is a deal minimum for the raise, there’s generally no need for an escrow agent for a Reg A+ offering. We have yet to see an offering that is raising on a best efforts basis require a formal escrow agent.

Assuming you do not require an escrow agent, there are two paths forward when it comes to fund processing - you can either receive funds directly, or we could refer you to a fund agent to receive and hold funds on your behalf. Credit card and ACH payments will be processed online either way, but the ultimate end point both for those funds, once accepted, and for Wires can either be your bank account or the fund agent’s.
