When they complete their investment process, investor will be directed to upload the appropriate verification documents. If the documents uploaded are incomplete, your investors will receive notifications to provide further information to assist with their accreditation process. Investors can then head back into their deal and reupload documents within the ‘Upload Supplementary Documents’ section, found in their investment page.
Typically a review will be done in two to three business days.
