The accreditation functionality is powered by technology that allows for companies to confirm whether their investor’s are or are not accredited. All documents also receive manual review to ensure compliance. This is done by validating the documentation/evidence provided by each investor to ensure they meet one of the definitions of an accredited investor as set out by the SEC.
