Congratulations on closing your deal on DealMaker. Now that you have closed, your portal will no longer allow for investors to complete their subscription nor allow new investors to be invited to the portal.
You will continue to have access to the portal to collect completed subscription agreements and any other items you wish to download, such as the Form 45-106F1 and entire table exports.
