Brokers/Agents/Finders will only be able to see their own list of clients. They cannot see clients added by others using this function, or added by company users. Company users or law firm users can see any investors they have added, once released for viewing. So when an investor is invited by some brokerages/finders/agents, they take on the reviewing role. Once this step is complete, you will be able to view the subscription agreement.
If they do not take on the reviewing role, after every investor has signed, you will review their agreements, enable them for countersignature and countersign the investor, as usual.
