You can perform the following actions on multiple investors at the same time, through bulk actions:
- Invite Draft Investors (Private Placements only)
- Enable Countersignature (if you have ""Reviewer"" Permissions)
- Update Allocation (Private Placements only)
- Reset Signature (while preserving the investor's responses).
- Bulk Countersigning Investors
To do so, first go to the Investors page. Then, select all of the investors you would like to interact with by clicking on the box to the left of their name. Once you have selected the relevant investors, you can click on the 'Bulk action for X investors' button. You will then see the following loading text:
Once the action stops running, you will again see the prompt to select investors for bulk actions. After you refresh the page, you will see that each selected investor has had that action applied to them.
